Each youth will be assessed for need and a plan will be created. Initial plan will be for 6 months in duration but reviewed as often as needed. Plans will identify both long and short term goals and address areas as follows:
Successful completion is determined when a youth has met his or her goals or is independently working toward those goals. Celebrations are held honoring these successes.
